WHO WE ARE
The Eagle Valley Arts Council (EVAC) is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to nurturing and promoting the arts and cultural heritage of Sicamous and the surrounding area. From visual arts to music, from cultural workshops to family festivals, we provide inclusive, community-minded programs for people of all ages and backgrounds.
We are proud caretakers of the Red Barn, our beloved community arts hub and an official part of the Sicamous Heritage Registry. With its 100th anniversary approaching in 2026, we’re preparing for a historic celebration — and we’d love for you to be part of it!

✔️ Act as a central hub for arts and culture programming
✔️ Advocate for the value of arts to all levels of government
✔️ Encourage innovation, creativity, and community engagement through the arts
